I\u2019ve been thinking of ways to make you famous through this blog. How about having a contest where people make up songs about this vehicle-less time in your life? They can put it on You Tube. The person who creates the best song wins something cool.<\/p>\n

Okay. I\u2019ll be your first contestant. Here\u2019s my entry to the \u201cDriving Miss Shari\u201d contest:<\/p>\n

Driving Miss Shari all around
\nIs the best gig going in town.
\nShe\u2019s super-sweet and lots of fun
\nHave you met Miss Shari, she\u2019s number one!<\/p>\n

Well, that\u2019s my first try, Shari. Maybe I\u2019ll write another song for you later.<\/p>\n

I admit it Shari. I\u2019ve always adored Cole Porter\u2019s songwriting and know every word to his songs, so perhaps I\u2019m just a Cole Porter wannabe. But, you get the idea.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>In addition to the song, when you\u2019re driving around, you\u2019ve got to wear something that catches people\u2019s attention so you\u2019re recognizable. How about wearing a wide brimmed straw hat with an awesome, eye-catching scarf around the brim? I\u2019m thinking a hot pink, red, purple or leopard scarf tied with lots of scarf hanging down and blowing in the wind as your window is open.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s my second idea: have a \u201cHave you spotted Miss Shari today?\u201dcontest. People write in your blog when they\u2019ve seen you riding around. They score points if they get the exact location and the time right. The person who gets the most points after 3 months wins.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s it for my ideas tonight. Sleep well, dear Miss Shari.<\/p>\n
